Renaissance Rumble Professional Wrestling is a radically inclusive, consent-based professional wrestling training organization located in Rockville, MD. We approach wrestling as an athletic art form with roots in theatre and firmly believe that anyone can be a wrestler.

TAKE YOUR FIRST STEP!
Wrestling begins with fundamental skills. Renaissance Rumble offers a two-part course, called the Beginner Series, to introduce new and lapsed trainees to key techniques that set up students for future success in the ring. Each Beginner Series course is held on Sunday mornings, lasts eight weeks, and culminates in a benchmark assessment to ensure that students are progressing safely and steadily through the curriculum.
The Beginner Series cycle occurs three times annually, with courses starting in January, May, and September. Due to the popularity of the course, we offer registration via email waitlist. To learn more about the Beginner Series course and sign up, click below.

We provide professional sports training guided by a code of conduct so each trainee can feel safe to explore their abilities and present themself authentically. As a student-forward and consent-focused training environment, our coaches encourage our students to expand their comfort zones and push themselves to level up.
