Renaissance Rumble believes wholeheartedly that the art of wrestling can be learned and appreciated by every person, at any age, with every body type. Students, regardless of protected characteristics, can find a place to develop and hone their professional wrestling skills at Renaissance Rumble.

Renaissance Rumble aims to transform the landscape of wrestling training and offer a facility that provides high level training while embracing the identities of all students. In order to create and maintain a healthy community, we adhere to a code of conduct that fosters an open, communicative environment where new voices are always encouraged to participate.

Renaissance Rumble emphasizes ethical training practices and professional coaching conduct. Renaissance Rumble’s staff, trainers, and trainees understand and support that wrestling, training, and all aspects of its operations are fully consent based. Personal choices, including those to modify or not participate in an exercise, are to be respected without reprisal or retaliation. Renaissance Rumble also acknowledges that previously given consent can be reversed at any time without need for explanation.

Additionally, Renaissance Rumble fosters a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, bigotry, and harassment. When the code of conduct is broken, we employ a three-level conflict resolution pathway involving trusted individuals within and outside of the organization.

Renaissance Rumble strives to put the “professional” back into professional wrestling. Through the radically supportive nature of our environment, we work to expunge the industry of exploitative business tactics and toxic mindsets. We aspire for Renaissance Rumble to become second to none as a center that will support trainees as they take their wrestling abilities to the highest level on all counts: in structure, mechanics, and performance.
